Planned Parenthood v. Casey

The Court refined its holding in Roe v. Wade in this case. In this decision, the Court ultimately held that it own legitimacy required affirming the central holding in Roe (which was not actually done) rather than reformulating abortion policy in America in light of the Constitution.
