Compassion for Terrorists as Folly and Treason

The leak of over 90,000 classified military documents to Wikileaks.org appears to have been the work of Specialist Bradley Manning, a 22 year old Army intelligence analyst, who has been arrested. However, given the huge size of the number of documents leaked, he is widely thought to have accomplices, and the FBI in currently investigating in the Boston area. His actions are the first of two incidences which show how leftist “compassion” is actually folly and treason.

I am Associate Professor of Government David Meyer. I received my BA in Russian Area Studies from Drew University in 1990, and my M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Columbia University In the City of New York in 2007, majoring in Political Science. My doctoral major was Comparative Politics and my minor was International Relations. I like movies, reading, singing, video games (the brainy historical ones, like Civ IV, Age of Empires, and Hearts of Iron II), as well as playing the guitar, piano, and tin whistle. I speak Russian fluently, Ukrainian and French mediocrely, and dabble in German, Biblical Greek, Biblical and Modern Hebrew, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Serbo-Croatian, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
I am single with no kids, but I am blessed to have lots of great friends and wonderful students!
